September 2023 Issue WiMA Magazine IHK Karlsruhe

In the city of Baden-Baden, which is not only known for its picturesque nature but also for its innovative strength, the working world is to be revolutionized and new standards set in the world of digital solutions.

As founder and Managing Director of HR Improvement GmbH, Kurt Beckers, member of the IHK Service Provider Committee and member of the IHK General Assembly, has played a pioneering role in the development and introduction of the paygood app. It aims to change the world of work for employees and employers alike and take away employees' fear of financial problems.

But what is the idea behind paygood?

The paygood app is the first digital solution for flexible salary payments on the German market. It gives employees flexible access to the salary they have already earned. This gives employees more control and transparency over their finances. The paygood app is the result of intensive research and development by the HR Improvement GmbH team. It was designed to improve the efficiency of payroll accounting and at the same time increase transparency for employees.

In addition to the transparent presentation of salary information, paygood also offers seamless integration with the banking system. Employees can have their salary transferred directly to their bank accounts without having to deal with complicated processes. This increase in efficiency is not only beneficial for employees, but also for companies that can relieve their HR department of time-consuming manual processes.
