paygood was created with the aim of contributing to the financial well-being of all employees and adding social value.

To this purpose, we want to give all employees access to earned wages at all times in order to reduce financial and mental stress. In this way, we help employees to avoid getting into debt and to keep an overview of their financial situation.

Giving employees access to a portion of monthly net is nothing new.
